Terms of sale for MyFarm products (MyFarm kit and extensions)
- The customer is aware that there are some items that are not included in the kit and that he will have to acquire on his own: clay balls, fish and food, seedlings. He is also aware that he needs to bring an electrical plug into the greenhouse to operate the system.
- If the customer does not order his greenhouse on myfarm.be, the customer has checked with MyFarm that the MyFarm kit is compatible with his greenhouse.
- The customer must install the MyFarm kit himself.
- The price offer sent by e-mail after order confirmation is valid for 7 days. After this period, in the event of a price change on myfarm.be, the offer will no longer be valid.
- The customer’s risk begins at the time of delivery.
- The customer undertakes to be present at the delivery address given in the order on the delivery date agreed with the carrier. A tracking number is given to the customer so that he can follow the status of the delivery.
- Delivery times are indicative. Delays cannot lead to cancellation of an order, nor can they justify a claim for damages.
- Goods and products remain the property of MyFarm until payment has been received in full.
- MyFarm is not responsible for the health of plants, fish or consumers consuming plants or fish from the MyFarm system, nor for any damage caused by misuse of MyFarm products.
- If the MyFarm kit, and its extension if applicable, have not been subject to any major alteration, the customer may return the MyFarm kit and its extension within 60 days of delivery, and be reimbursed for the price of the MyFarm kit and its extension upon receipt of the returned products. MyFarm offers free return shipping. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, arrange and secure the returned products on the pallet used for delivery. MyFarm reserves the right to assess whether any part of the returned products has been tampered with, and to deduct the tampered part of the product from the refund.

Billing
All our invoices are payable in cash.
In the event of late payment, an initial reminder will be sent free of charge.
If the customer fails to pay within the payment period stipulated in the first reminder (15 days), the customer will be liable for late payment interest, in accordance with the law of August 2, 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, and a flat-rate compensation calculated as follows:
- 20 euros if the balance due is less than or equal to 150 euros ;
- 30 euros plus 10% of the amount due on the portion between 150.01 euros and 500 euros, if the balance due is between 150.01 euros and 500 euros;
- 65 euros plus 5% of the amount due on the portion exceeding 500 euros, up to a maximum of 2,000 euros, if the balance due exceeds 500 euros.
These indemnities will be collected by the collection agency Venturis.
